I just bought a condo that hasn’t been updated in decades.
Whether you have minimal budget & time but want to maximize both to make your condo appealing for renters, or you have more to invest and can wait until the mountain closes to start a full remodel, we are happy to help you. Sometimes it just takes a few small changes with minimal construction impact to really make a difference in updating an old place. Other times, a full remodel is beneficial as improving the function of the space and better design can increase rental and resale value.
We’d like to update our home, but don’t know where to start.
The process of interior design can be overwhelming…you know you want to do something, but you’re not exactly sure what to do or how to get started. From a fresh coat of paint or new furniture to a bathroom remodel, we take the stress out of trying to pull it all together. We have built trusting relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and fabricators. Our team understands the complexities of managing projects in our remote location and anticipate possible obstacles ahead of time. We also have access to a wide variety of product at wholesale pricing that is only sold to the trade. By using us, you’ll have a customized space, save time & money, and avoid costly mistakes such as picking the wrong color, getting bad quality items, or ordering the wrong size sofa.
I have connections and can run my own project; I just need help visualizing and a designer’s touch in choosing finishes.
No job is too big or too small for us. There is value and cohesion that happens when one person has oversight of a project and understands the vision and full scope, but we understand that there are some exceptions to this. In these cases, we can assist with design ideas, space planning, detail drawings, renderings, finish selections, ordering, and receiving for an hourly fee. You do the rest!
I have all the big pieces; I just need a few items to pull it all together.
Steamboat Interiors has access to a comprehensive assortment of all the last details you need…window coverings, rugs, pillows, lighting, artwork, mirrors, decorative items, pillows, bedding, and other accessories. We attend trade shows yearly to see,
